Github repo refactor ( Not ready for review ) #122

  1. Make new Org

  2. New coe to use namespace that is decoupled from Project name and github paths.

    • so we dont have to ever do it again.
    • will fuck up VSCode golang tooling i noticed. Sort out what the setting needed in vscode is first so that debugging and intellisense works. THIS IS VIP.
