Implement Mod-chat:

server side dev:
1. validate that LiftBridge to work with GRPC-Web
2. make a basic sync between devices using grpc liftbridg to broadcast changes between devices.

Thanks for raising this issue.

Mod-chat is only for chat and NOT for writing documents.

mod-write is for writing documents and broadcasting the changes to a document using the quill format.
