Video docking requests

• [ ] Prevent docking if the minimized video's height is going to end up bigger than the viewport height
• [ ] Handle videos with height bigger than their width
• [ ] Add dock-corner parameter that overrides the default docking corner
• [ ] Add dock-scale parameter (0 to 1 non inclusive)
• [ ] Add snap-element and snap-pos (outer/inner) parameters for snapping the docked video to specific elements
• [ ] Use fixedLayer (or signals?) to detect fixed position amp components and adjust the docking area accordingly
• [ ] Add a maximum width/height for minimized videos (on desktop, 60% of the original video can sometimes be very big)
• [ ] Ability to dismiss while docking
• [x] Tap on an empty area to hide controls
• [x] Maybe show controls when the videos finishes docking to make users aware of interactions methods
• [x] Fix bug with controls not appearing
• [x] Resize event waits till user no longer tapping (use position observer)

Hi all, @wassgha it seems like Amp-video-dock can autoplay and dock (Example https://www.google.com/amp/s/sport.virgilio.it/mercato-inter-il-piano-del-barcellona-per-lautaro-631650/amp/ but the documentation still says AutoPlay will prevent Dock: https://amp.dev/documentation/components/amp-video-docking/ Is the Documentation out of date?
