Sorry but you can't add amp-ads to Not AMP pages. In screenshot which you provided, you was little bit mixed up: "In non-AMP pages (traditional HTML), if you want to display ads on your page, you'd include a snippet of JavaScript to serve ads from your ad network. " - it's said about Not AMP ADS on Not AMP pages. And in next sentence, it's said about how to better and faster use AMP ADs in AMP pages. Sorry for your confusing, we will modify this page for avoid confuses in the future. Thank you.

@Ichigo3d @aviz1 However it is possible to serve amp ads on non-amp pages, probably not with amp-ad component but still. See the implementation of the ads on https://www.gismeteo.ua
