Summary

The task coverage-map does not seem to work. This indicates that the command is likely not being used by anyone and should just be removed.

Motivation

The task coverage-map does not seem to work (and thus is not likely used) but its existence requires maintenance.

This was part of an effort by @ampproject/wg-performance to add coverage heatmaps. Paging @erwinmombay to comment on whether this is being used today. Blame shows that active development stopped a year ago.

Assuming it's not used, I approve deleting this task 👍
