From running the page experience tool at the above link, it looks like the lab data (note: field data is not available) suggests that TBT can be improved: Screen Shot 2021-07-29 at 11 05 35 AM

Luckily, the recommendations at the bottom make some recommendations that are relevant to TBT. Have you tried preloading the runtime and taking a look at your server response time? Screen Shot 2021-07-29 at 11 07 41 AM
