Description

We found a page_view on tag img, but how to find them in the reports ?

ep.link_url ep.link_domain

  2. How find this events on GA4

Are you asking where to find this data in the GA4 report? If so, please follow the standard GA4 guide on how to set up your custom dimensions https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/10075209?hl=en#zippy=%2Ccreate-an-event-scoped-custom-dimension (Create an event-scoped custom dimension section)
