I2D amp-ad-custom extension #39443

Summary

The amp-ad-custom extension is being deprecated due to recent investigations revealing that it is broken and no longer functioning as intended. Given that there are no usages of the extension, it would benefit the ecosystem by providing more clarity on how ad networks can be integrated.

Motivation

The extension relies on Google AMP cache to work, and it requires a special allowlisting (which currently do not work since there have not been any use cases for years). An ad network can instead implement a network integration, so they will not be out of options to serve ads to the end users.
