On first read, there are no instructions on how to implement the styling on AMP Start. How to implement this css for inputs, etc.?

@88kbbq - If you are using one or the ampstart templates you need to just copy paste the components from ampstart.com/components -https://ampstart.com/getstarted - Does this help? (Feel free to re-open if you need more help or ping me on our slack channel)
