What was accomplished

Selenium-based end-to-end tests now available via gulp e2e
Added rc-channel opt-in flag
Submitted code to divert 0.5% AMP traffic to the RC build
bundle-size is now a required check

What's next

Build / serve before e2e tests
Run e2e tests on Travis
Make owners bot check blocking
Remove hard bundle size check
