This PR adds infrastructure for map config importing and also implements Stripper:Source parser.
Map configs can be imported in bulk using mapname wildcard filter.
Supports updating existing .edt configs and creating default config on demand.
Testing is appreciated, see the sc_importconfigs command for usage info.
