Currently, the abrams, lav and turret weapon tracers do not emit from the correct position.

Changes:

Hide tracers of npc_lav, npc_abrams, npc_sentry_ground and npc_sentry_ceiling
Null check for tracer entity to prevent potential client crash

Doesn't this hide the underlying issue? I'd check upstream for issues in FireBullets() and/or its callers. For reference: Hook.
