Add user.js #4

For lazy people it's enough to copy this into ones ~/.mozilla/firefox/*.default/ directory and customize it and for sys admins it's a bit easier to distribute it to user.js

Nice idea. I will duplicate the text version in a user.js after it is more or less finalized.
