Do we still need :prep-per in case of the rare senses "by means of" and "in accordance with"?
The role :prep-per became obsolete when we introduced the special concept rate-entity-91. And when I tested for :prep-per for the release, that role didn't occur in any AMRs destined for release any more anyway (which was a good sign). I just want to make its death official.
