In retrofitting "border-01", it looks like we've been inconsistent in whether "border-01" is enough to be "the border" itself, or whether it needs to be mediated by something like "the location where bordering happens". Sometimes annotators seem ok making border-01 the actual border:
at the border with Kenya
:location (b2 / border-01
:ARG2 (c6 / country :wiki "Kenya"
Other times people are using "location that borders X"
near the Jordanian border.
(n2 / near
:op1 (l / location
:ARG2-of (b2 / border-01
:ARG1 (c2 / country :wiki "Jordan"
:name (n3 / name :op1 "Jordan")))))
other times, people are using location :location-of, as in:
near the Lao border.
(n3 / near
:op1 (l / location
:location-of (b / border-01
:ARG1 (c2 / country :wiki "Laos"
:name (n4 / name :op1 "Laos"))))))
or
to the border with Myanmar.
:destination (l / location
:location-of (b / border-01
:ARG2 c2
:ARG1 (c3 / country :wiki "Burma" :name (n3 / name :op1 "Myanmar")))))
I'd lean slightly to the last treatment (it seems perhaps easier to consistently do), but mainly wanted to open this up and see if we could agree on an official treatment.
