with the new renovation of chairs and the bathroom , it [the restaurant] is awesome

What relation should be used between "awesome" and "with the new renovation..."? The latter provides context to support the main assertion—is it :cause? Or something weaker?

(We've talked about a similar relation for "given X, Y" and other constructions.)

X causes Y to be awesome X is evidence for Y's awesomeness X makes Y awesome X helps make Y awesome Given X, Y is awesome Due to X, Y is awesome In light of X, Y is awesome If we consider X and other things, we see that Y is awesome One factor of Y's awesomeness is X X enables Y to be awesome

1) use :evidence, :support, :factor, :given, contribute-01? 2) how much retrofitting would be needed?
