• in accordance with: use conform-01 (as proposed)
• in keeping with: we will add arguments to keep-06
• fraud: use defraud-01 (as proposed)
• vision: use see-01 or envision-01 depending on meaning (as proposed)
• to be due (to): add adjective frames for "due" to cover several senses:
  • The group is due to leave next month. (is expected to leave, plans to leave)
  • The report will be due on Monday. (required, deadline)
  • The power outage was due to inclement weather. (cause)
• signatory: use sign-02 (not sign-01)
• chemical: do NOT map to chemistry (Note: unlike "biological", "chemical" is also a noun.)
• analyst: map to "person who analyzes"
• lawmaker: map to "person who legislates"

I suppose that for the causal sense of "due to", we will use cause-01, to reflect the semantic equivalence of:
