local mapped to vicinity? #65

hi Ulf,

This is what the tool suggests, but in a number of cases in consensus, we have used "local", however, some of our annotators continue to use it. Should this suggestion be removed? Thank you,

Decided to keep local, don't map to "vicinity". AMR preprocessor no longer suggests that mapping.
