Comma decimal separator in "Straight Rebar"-dialog #199

if you use the comma as decimal separator and:

  1. create a Straight Rebar with the "Straigt Rebar"-dialog
  2. then double-click on the created Rebar-Object in the object-tree
  3. notice that numerical values are wrong
