1) support 'cc' in ActionMailer -- for the sake of completeness, pretty simple 2) I implemented a way to add tags on a per-mail basis. Take a look at my approach and let me know what you think.

I'm going to hold off on this right now. I just released 0.2.8, which fixed a bug I failed to properly test from the prior pull request. Thanks.
