added support for hardware acceleration (if already installed) to optimize performance -> as shown here https://developer.android.com/studio/run/emulator-acceleration
increased allocated memory/cache/partition sizes to optimize performance -> as shown here https://developer.android.com/studio/run/emulator-commandline
added handling for system UI crashes -> closes #2 as recommended by https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/3719
added extra adb check. ->as recommended here https://github.com/akv-platform/espressodemo/blob/main/.github/workflows/blank.yml
