add toycodes to repo #5

put them in a subfolder idea: quickly test out compilation and profiling with simple code also try openmp conversion

Are there any toycodes already? I believe the idea was to take the Kelvin-Helmholtz problems with a couple of solver options, maybe it was written down somewhere, otherwise we can re-state the specifications here.

I meant the toy diffusion toycode you had shown at the workshop.
The KH test case has been added, see separate issue

I have just included the toycode under 'other_codes'
