The translations are not a very interesting read because I believe that a lot of the charm of the original language is lost. Since I understand hindi, I could make out a few lines of Punjabi.
The accompanying text is a good read and gives some historical placement of the Jalianwala Bagh massacre. Even though I could not do justice to the book, but the very fact that it is about Jalianwala Bagh did make my eyes tear up several times.
