Nice read. Can be used as a reference from time to time. Time boxing my calendar and managing cellphone notifications (which I was doing anyway but fine tuned it even more) were the biggest takeaways. Also the fact that kids should be given the freedom to manage their distractions with parents aiding the decision making process instead of laying down draconian rules.
