Generally, Projects of a certain type will have samples or pools of certain types (ModelType), with certain types of information. Make it possible to configure these default types within the ModelType instance, such that any new samples or pools for this type will use the default type (maybe allow to be overridden).
The same concept may be used for other relations, such as for pools within a run.
