Save which importer was used, as well as the import config when importing a submission. Either create a new model that references the Importer and Submission, or add that information along with saved config to the Submission. A separate model is more flexible, but maybe unnecessary as a submission should generally only have a single import. Samples, Pools, and Project should link back to the Import, either directly, or through the Submission.
