Add URLs #3

Need a way to include URLs (e.g., to Bioshare, etc.)

I've added the ability to attach any number of URLs to a Bioinformatics Project. It has been implemented in a way that it will be trivial to add URLs to other entities in the LIMS, such as projects or samples, etc.
