Time stamps on uploaded files are off #30

... by 1 hour. So maybe the server was set on CMT? Or missed daylight savings?

Not an important issue, but I thought I'd mention it in case it caused issues in the future.

This is a system clock issue. It is about 1:24 ahead of local time. Closing this issue as it is a server configuration issue as opposed to a software issue.
