In Project Details, the "Related Projects" field is only populated with exactly 10 old projects, and won't accept input (e.g., pasting a different project name).
Although, per Matt, this field has been intended to link projects between Cores, it is desirable to be able to link projects within Cores. For example a multi-year research study with "projects" in each year.
