Make project name a link #8

In the "Projects" view, only the "Date Created" and "ID" are linked to the project. Personally, I don't think the "Date Created" needs to be a link (particularly since there my be more than one project created on a particular day), but I would like the Project "Name" to be clickably linked to the project.

Added link, and removed link from creation date.
