Add the new maps #17

It's been 2 years and since then, Riot's added:

Add these to the map pool.

constants.py

  1. Add new emojis to constants.py
  2. Add the emojis to MAP_REACTS
  3. Add the map names to MAP_POOL. I think the order needs to match how they're defined in MAP_REACTS
  4. Test to see if this works lol
