Figure out CI #8

Also sort of depends on the result of #7 (figure out hosting) but first thing that comes to mind is Deploy HQ. That being said if we're hosting the bot on NAWS using Code Pipeline etc might be the move. And we have to figure out re-running the bot on the instance whenever code pushes etc. I'm sure someone's done this somewhere (fingers crossed)

Since the bot will be hosted on a Pi 3, CI might not be the best idea. Releases would be better? Needs looking into
