The banned listing on Electric Samurai is a good start, but there should be a way for people to look up bans easily. A report listing banned players that could also be limited to kingdoms and chapters would accomplish this.
Easy mode...
Adding a "Banned" award.
Date, chapter given by, player given by, and notes field cover most of the details of bans.
Modify one of the existing award reports to list banned players.
Hard mode ideal setup...
An actual banning system would be created.
The ability to mark the player as "unbanned" while still leaving the initial ban up for record keeping purposes. It would also let new chapters have advance warning when a problem player moves to their area.
An end date field for bans with a duration. It would automatically mark the person as "unbanned" at that time.
A banned players record would be highlighted when viewed.
The system would highlight that the player is banned to officers when their record is being updated. For example, if a park chancellor updating attendance for a player that has a kingdom ban in their kingdom, the name would show up as "Name (Banned Player)".
