"No meeting" option for chapter days where there was no attendance. #254

For days then there was supposed to be a chapter meeting, but it was cancelled. Instead of just showing no entries for a week in the chapter attendance reports, it would state that the meeting had been cancelled. This is to help with self auditing and determining if a chancellor has been delinquent in their duties.
