Add Kingdom Abbreviation to GetKingdoms call #299

The Kingdom GetParks call returns all the parks including their Abbreviation but GetKingdoms which returns all the Kingdoms does not. If it's not added to GetKingdoms, I'll have to call individually for each Kingdom to get it.
