Awards added at player page always default to given at their park #309

Navigate to a player's admin page, add an award, but change the park to another park because they got it visiting somewhere, submit award. The result is the award is added but the location given defaults back to the player's home park.

If you use the kingdom add award page this works properly.

I think there's some logic in the Award add awards that changes the parameter ParkId but in the Admin player there is not?
