Enter Award page does not account for custom award name dropdown #327

If you are on a player's admin page and go to enter an award and choose "Custom Award", there is logic in Admin_player.tpl to show and hide a field for the 'CustomAwardName' and also use this information when saving the award.

The Award_addawards.tpl used by the park and kingdom Add Awards option does not have this logic so you cannot name the award.
