After removing yourself as a manager of a Unit, system throws a Fatal error: Call to undefined function InvalidAuthorization() in /home/amtgard/amtgard.com/ork/system/lib/ork3/class.Unit.php on line 249 when attempting to edit a Unit

I think this is related to the ID number in the URL disappearing for unknown reasons. I can cause the error by modifying the URL, but it rarely happens naturally and when it does I haven't been able to recreate it.
