Adding contracts #76

It would be very convenient for me at least, and my records keeping desires, if there were a way to attach a copy of the parks contract with BL to their ORK record, so they would actually be searchable and locateable in the future. The issue would be keeping the file secure, and only viewable by that park and kingdom officers. I can also try and pawn off creating a database for them onto Glenalth, but the ORK seems well suited to it. It would help me keep track of name changes and picking back up old contracts.

Having the attached record accessible by the park officials as well would be good since they seem to get lost fairly often.
