What's the exact error message? Did you try to install it with the jad-file?

1. Open jad file from my personal URL.
2. "Do you want to install Google...J2ME?"
3. Clicked OK
Starts to install... In the end start cancelling process with error message
"Can't install application. Error.". Detailed information about error is
"Internal error JSR plugin
com.nokia.mj.impl.chapi.core.utils.ServiceProviderInstaller cancelled
installation".

Can other java apps be installed? There seems to be an issue with Symbian Anna
and java apps. See:

-to-install-any-Java-apps-after-Anna-update/td-p/1119767

I haven't tested and can't test at the moment. I noticed also that thread, but
testing recommended hard reset can't be done, because of settings etc.
Restoring backups fails from time to time.
I tried to install that fix package mentioned in the thread, but that didn't
help. It might be general java app problem. I will look up about the solution
from Nokia site. You can close this.
CURRENT FIX FROM NOKIA SITE
FA136376 I am unable to install any Java apps after the Symbian Anna upgrade,
how to fix this?
After upgrading Symbian Anna and starting the Java installation file on the
Nokia Symbian^3 device, the following error message may be displayed:
Installation failed – internal error: Jsr plugin
com.nokia.mj.jmpl.chapi.core.utils.ServiceProviderInstaller cancelled
installation. To fix this, install the following java_symbian_anna_fix.sis
file: http://dl.nokia.com/ns/java_symbian_anna_fix.sis .
Note: During the installation the file will give the warning message:
Application not compatible with phone. Continue anyway. Select yes to proceed.
