This PR updates the list of installed packages on my GOAT system.

I let this PR a draft for the time being and will request a review from you @atxr as soon as

  • pacman: figlet, rust-analyzer, doxygen, grv, strace, networkmanager-dmenu-git, qemu-ui-sdl, 7-zip, fd, flake8, poetry
  • aur: pokemon-colorscripts
  • cargo: gex, gitui, sd, rg
• removed :red_circle:
  • pacman: node

we might need to discuss what packages we really want to add to the GOAT files, but here they all are :relieved:
