update the README - Githubissues

with all the recent changes in the organization, the main README is very deprecated...

write the "coming soon" sections
- link to the install script(s) in goatfiles/install
- link to parallel repos, e.g. goatfiles/system
- add some screenshots and demos in the gallery
update the rest
