FIX: update the `PKGBUILD` of `paru` which is out of date #32

For some reason, the goat-paru-git package does not build and install...

i've tried with the official paru-git on the AUR instead, and it works :+1:

This PR switches from the non-working paru AUR package to paru-git, in the goatfiles.
