Rename the directories with package names #7

To make it clearer and avoid potential overlap, e.g. imagine having multiple instances of the same suckless application, this issue proposes to rename the directories containing the PKGBUILDs.

IMPLEMENTATION: as an example, x86_64/scripts/ should move to x86_64/a2n-s-scripts-git/
