Shop and New text system error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When going to shop vendor the new text system gets in the way so when you
press space the shop does not close it is also un-clickable
2. pressing "esc", to open the menu, while stuck in the glitch makes things 
worse.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? (This includes error
messages.) When Opening the shop the "Welcome to my shop" text should still be 
on (doesn't have to be) While the shop is accessible. There should be a cancel 
button to leave as well.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

[151] Changed the way the ShoppingWindow works so that it is set up the same 
way as PopUpMessageWindows. Fixes the problems caused when they both appear at 
the same time.
