Quest requirements #32

Add more requirements for Quests Such, Defeating enemies, giving using items, 
Paying fees , and most important beating previous missions. Later on we will 
need requirements such as digimon element and type(data,virus,vaccine). If you 
think of any other requirements please add them.

Ok, which of these will be options to advance to the next stage of a quest, and 
which will be requirements to see the first person in a quest?
