poop collision #65

sukamon was at the side of the toilet and he needed to poop, i walked over the 
area that starts the poop on toilet action and because sukamon cant walk 
through the wall hes stuck trying to get through it and i cant move
collision should be turned off completely when pooping so he cant get stuck 
behind anything

This looks like it is being caused by the Bathroom not being part of the meshes 
that the recast navigational mesh is using to calculate with. I tried added it, 
but it isn't having correct geometries because it was resized in the resource 
editor.

This means Vray needs to re-export it and then someone needs to make sure that 
it has its dummy objects (created in the resource editor) in the right 
positions.
