partner walk speed #71

2 things about the parter

the partner needs to ignore status animations when the player is moving
this means if the player is walking the partner will follow and will not stop 
to tell the player that he is hungry, the animation should play if the partner 
is still but as soon as the partner moves it should interupt the animation and 
start walking

the second thing is the partner speed, im not sure why but it seems to walk 
slowly to the player, not at the same pace

They will now only play status animations when they are idle.
Working on finding out why they are moving slowly.

Could not find out why they were not moving the same speed as the player. 
Artificially increased the walk speed of all DigimonCharacters by 75%.
