Plugin for default currency #562

This plugin allows for editing of fields on the Company Information screen, with the first of which being the Default Currency setting but can be extended for other fields as needed.

I updated the README.md to include an example.

I added a few additional entries into the .gitignore which might be worth just reviewing as I'm not as familiar with using YARN.
