Very slow or even failing installation #623

On certain systems, we've seen today (25th of July 2024) that the installation of sfdx-browserforce-plugin was really slow (10 minutes) or even failed installing the "Chrome For Testing" (@puppeteer/browsers) dependency though a postinstall hook.

Upgrading to a newer version of puppeteer v21 -> v22 in sfdx-browserforce-plugin v4.1.2 has resolved the issue.
